Abstract：
新型农村合作医疗制度是一项旨在为解决占全国近2／3农村人口的医疗保障问题而设计的新型制度。自试点以来，新农合在福建省取得了一定的成绩，但同时也存在不少问题，为进一步规范和完善新农合制度，保证其可持续发展，本文提出了一些相关政策性建议。
