Abstract:

采用载体转移工艺制备TiO2包覆的LiMn2O4.通过XRD、SEM和电化学性能测试,研究载体转移工艺对产物的影响.TiO2与载体C的质量比为3:7、在500℃下焙烧6 h所制备的包覆材料电化学性能较好,以50 mA/g的电流在3.5~4.3 V充放电,首次放电比容量为111.5 mAh/g,高于纯LiMn2O4的103.8 mAh/g,第50次循环时仍有103.2 mAh/g.TiO2包覆的LiMn2O4为立方尖晶石结构,颗粒表面变得粗糙;包覆的TiO2可抑制LiMn2O4在循环过程中电化学阻抗的增加.
