各国的思想政治教育目标呈现出很大的差异性，但由于人类生活有许多共同的地方，因而体现在思想政治教育目标上也有其共性。对中外思想政治教育目标进行比较分析，有利于积极探索新时期所要求的具有中国特色社会主义思想政治教育目标体系。
