Abstract：
伴随着我国高等教育事业的飞速发展，现有的高校行政管理体系中存在的问题开始凸显。为了适应新时期高等教育事业的发展要求，笔者在总结分析我国高校当前行政管理工作的特点、意义、问题及其原因的基础上，有针对性地提出了一系列提高高校行政管理效率的途径。
