商业秘密保护需要离职竞业禁止,而离职竞业禁止却导致了各种冲突。本文分析了离职竞业禁止中企业、劳动者和社会三者之间的利益冲突,并提出了协调的原则和方法——利益均衡和合理限制,以期达到各方利益的最大化。
