文章采用Fisher判别分析法分析尚处于试用期的员工在未来一定时期内是否可能离职,对企业人才是否可能流失进行了基本判断预测,便于人力资源等相关部门对于是否留用该员工做出合理判断,进而达到防范人才大量流失的目的。
