Abstract:

稀土Tm3+和敏化剂(Yb3+)共掺NaYF4是目前发现的Tm3+上转换发光效率最高的材料,但还不能满足实际应用.实验中采用Sc3+/Tm3+/Yb3+共掺Na(Y1-x-y,Tmx,Yby)F4研究不同掺量Sc3+对Tm3+上转换发光效率的影响.用X射线多晶衍射仪和透射电子显微镜分析水热法合成样品的物相结构和晶粒尺寸,用荧光光谱仪表征不同掺量Sc3+样品的上转换发光和荧光寿命.结果表明:当Sc3+摩尔掺量为5%时,稀土Tm3+的上转换效率得到进一步提高,是未掺杂Sc3+的2倍:但其荧光寿命没有发生明显变化.
