Abstract：
近年来,高校学生意外事故频发,越来越引起学界的重视,文章对近年来大学生意外伤害事故的研究进行系统总结,界定了大学生意外伤害事故的概念与类型,分析了大学生意外时候事故的法律责任,提出预防与处理对策,并对目前学界关于大学生意外伤害事故的研究做出评析.
