Abstract：
文章将万有引力定律应用于团队凝聚力建设,从团队及成员的质量、成员与成员或成员与团队间的心理距离、环境系数三个主要因素进行凝聚力建设研究,并以F大学某省级实验教学中心团队凝聚力建设为例进行案例分析以期为管理者提供管理思路.
