Abstract：
在调研的基础上，归纳出当前村级社区学习中心的构建模式及其存在的问题，进而提出促进村级社区学习中心可持续发展的对策：（1）解决日常管理所需的场所、人员等问题；（2）做好图书采购与日常借阅管理工作；（3）加大对农村图书室的经费支持力度。
