Abstract:

高校高层次人才的评价方法具有多样性。指标体系的建立,模型的构建,对评价结果具有显著的影响。AHP-模糊综合评价方法将定量与定性相结合,为高校引进人才提供了一种定量分析工具,使评价结果更加科学、公正和客观。
