When the effect of the unauthorized disposition contract in present,Chinese scholars have many different opinions,which mainly perform three kinds：undecided effect,void and valid.However,there are some arbitrary places more or less in these theories,which need to be further discussed.In view of this,this article firstly gives more detailed analysis of the theories above,then blaze a trail to rethink the effect of the unauthorized disposition contract from the subjective aspect of non-entitled party and counterpart.As a result,we can draw a conclusion that the effect of the unauthorized disposition contract may be void,voidable and valid.
