Translated Abstract
This paper analyzes the existence and industry differences of internal association between the FDI and human capital by constructing FDI technology spillover model. The empirical results show that there is interaction mechanism between FDI in China and human capital; meanwhile, the interaction mechanisms of different sectors in our country shows significant differences： there is reverse correlation in the agricultural, while positive correlation in industrial and services, and the interaction effect of former is stronger than that of latter. Furthermore, the sub-industry empirical studies also support the ocorresponding conclusions.
