介绍了一种基于高速摄像机和虚拟仪器的电器动态测试系统.该系统运用高速摄像机拍摄电磁机构的动态过程,在LabView构建的虚拟仪器平台上,运用图像处理技术对其动态过程进行处理与分析,通过提取衔铁和触头运动过程中标记点的坐标,绘制了电磁机构动态位移曲线,并用专业的图像处理软件Image-Pro Plus,验证了其特性曲线的正确性.
