Abstract：
本文利用Matlab7.0作为仿真环境,通过采集到的视频图像序列,设计船舶水尺刻度线的图像识别算法,实现船舶水尺刻度线的自动检测.实验表明该系统具有速度快,精度高的特点,解决了人眼不能准确确定船舶水尺刻度线的数值的问题.
