Abstract:

科研激励是高校科研人员管理的重要手段.高校要以需要层次论、双因素理论、公平理论为理论基础,构建起基于“以人为本”理念的高校科研激励机制.为了充分发挥高校科研激励机制激发科研人员科研积极性,构建良性竞争机制,增强群体向心力,以及统一科研人员与学校发展目标的重要作用,高校应从建设分层激励制度、构建科学化激励运行机制、重视高层次精神激励、改进与创新评价机制四个方面入手体现“以人为本”的理念,建设高校科研激励机制.
