Regional sustainable development is a complex coupling system.From eight aspects which are economic,social, science and technology,culture,environment,ecology,population and culture to establish comprehensive and systematic evaluation index system of sustainable development system,and using fuzzy cluster analysis method,overcomes the drawback of single evaluation method of consistency.Finally I analyzed combination evaluation conclusion and made correlative suggestions.
