Abstract：
本文以教育信息化为根本前提，从校园信息化建设的必要性出发，首先对校园信息化建设主要内容进行描述，并在此基础上分析信息化在高校校园文化中形成的冲击和机遇，鼓励高校把握机遇，把信息化的校园建设发展成为主流，最终提升高校自身的竞争力。
