Abstract：
2012年10月11日,北京市高级人民法院对北京农村商业银行骗贷案进行了宣判,终审判决北京华鼎信用担保有限责任公司董事长胡毅无期徒刑,北京农村商业银行商务中心区支行原行长田军有期徒刑20年,另外16名涉案者则被判处3年至17年不等的有期徒刑.虽然该案件已经终结,但其中暴露出的基层银行内部控制问题仍引人深思.
