This paper analysed the information service industry development status and existing probhms, then used data envelopment analysis method to valuation inputoutput efficiency of the region as well as the country. From the technical effectivenese and scale of the effectiveness, analysis China＇s information services industry indepth, and on this basis, gave some policy recommendations towards expanding investment scale and balanced allocation of resources.
