为了改进“隔日送货”模式，运用 ABC 分析法对销售卷烟品牌进行分类，按等级设置预出库上下限，根据销售季节调整预出库量，实施滚动补货，缩短卷烟出库时间，实现无缝衔接，满足“当日送货”模式的时效要求。
