Abstract：
分析了我国造纸行业节能减排和清洁生产的现状,介绍了我国造纸业节能减排和清洁生产技术.针对“十二五”规划对造纸行业的目标,为促进节能减排实现我国造纸行业经济效益与环境效益的统一,提出了造纸行业清洁生产可推行的措施和技术,并介绍了制浆造纸行业废物的资源化利用途径.
