自由与责任,是企业理念与大学精神之中既富共性又具差异的核心与灵魂,是推动企业和大学持续发展的不竭动力.企业与大学享有经济与学术自由,又承担社会责任,二者成正比关系.政府、企业、大学应当建立广泛平等、相互渗透、协作共赢的社会关系,做到功能互补、资源互补、相互借鉴.
