Abstract：
本文对运用计量模型的方法对影响不同地区人才开发的因素进行多元线性回归分析，通过对2001-2008年30个省份的面板数据进行回归分析，得出地区的经济发展水平、科研经费投入、有科技机构企业的数量比例等是影响本地区科技人才开发水平的重要因素。
