Translated Abstract
The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is studied in the application of the historical and cultural city protection:a Case Study on Xi’an City. Seventeen indicators which include the ancient city of landscape features,cultural relics, historical block, four parties, folk culture are choosen to establish the evaluation system of historical and cultural city protection,KLFF method is used to determine the index weight. The membership degree matrix were obtained through the expert scoring method. The results show that xi ＇＇an historical and cultural city protection belongs to “very good” at 5%, “good”at 41%, “ common”at 24%, “bad” at 22%, “very bad”at 8%after fuzzy operators.
