采用光学显微镜和电化学方法,对20#钢在含氢气压缩系统冷凝水溶液中的腐蚀行为进行了研究.结果表明,冷凝水溶液会对20#钢产生腐蚀,试样表面有腐蚀坑产生,腐蚀程度随水溶液中Cl-含量的递增而增大.为防止腐蚀,降低腐蚀的危害性,应从源头上尽可能脱除氢气中的水分和Cl-,及时清除压缩机中间冷却器中的积水.
