The promotion of employment by founding businesses as per the Party’s 18th National Congress promotes job creation and encourages entrepreneurship to create more employment opportuni‐ties ,which further establishes the entrepreneurship education as the core work of colleges and universi‐ties .The society has given attention and support to business founding by college students .Entrepre‐neurship education in colleges and universities popularizes knowledge of entrepreneurship and promote students’ entrepreneurship ;Entrepreneurship for college students is very important .In this paper ,a clear goal in three levels of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is put forward and this paper analyzes the difficulties and bottlenecks in the process of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities ,and puts forward the model of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities with three-level targets .
