Abstract：
我国传统聚落及传统建筑数量众多,不能完全依靠政府“自上而下”“保护性救助”,可借鉴一些他国经验,通过政府对社会团体及民众参与保护工作给予一定比例的补助,既能激发社会大众的积极性,又能缓解政府的财政压力,将有限的资金投入到更多的保护对象中.
