Translated Abstract
Laccase was covalent immobilized onmacroporous resinusing glutaraldehyde as a surfactant. The optimum condi-tions for immobilization of laccase were as follows:glutaraldehyde concentration 2%, pH 6,activated time 2h and immobilized time 10h. Under the optimal conditions,the immobilized laccasecan retain 79% of its initial activity,and itsspecific activityreached 1. 94 Uog-1. 71% laccaseactivity was inactivated in 3 hours without immobilization, compared to 37% with immobilization, showing better stability of immobilizedlaccase. Continuousdecoloration of malachite green demonstrated that the decolorationeffi-ciency of immobilized laccasereached 96% in 5 h.
