Abstract：
在经济快速发展的今天,环境污染、消费者权益保护等社会性问题越来越受到重视,但现行公益诉讼立法模式不适合我国的实际情况.明确公益诉讼立法模式独立性的确立依据,分析公益诉讼的立法模式类型,探讨＂基本法+单行法＂立法模式的必要性与可行性,以期为我国公益诉讼立法模式的理论研究和实践发展提供有益参考.
