Abstract：
在“资金不足”和“发展需求”的双重压力下,PPP模式以其独有的内在优势被我国很多地方政府引进,由于地方政府使用中缺少相关实践经验,使得PPP模式优势发挥不尽。文章借鉴域外国家在PPP模式上的先进经验,对我国地方政府投融资的制度建构提出建议。
