A Method Based on Hilbert Transform for Signal Processing of Coriolis Mass Flow Meter
Translated Abstract
Aiming at the slowly changing of outlet signals of Coriolis Flowmeter Sensor,a novel method based on Hilbert Transforms was introduced to process signals. Adaptive filter of noise-cancelling was used to cancel the noise for sensor outlet signals. Then,the two enhanced filtered signals were processed according to the characteris?tic of phase shift of Hilbert Transforms. The phase difference is gained from trigonometric operation of the two fil?tered signals and the responding Hilbert transformed signals. Synchronously,structuring the analytical signal would be done for evaluating the instantaneous frequency. Simulation results show that,adopting the method based on Hil?bert Transforms can accomplish real-time signals processing,the phase difference measurement accuracy is 0.5%or less and the speed of frequency tracking is nearly 2 times faster than the method based on adaptive notch algorithm, meeting the requirement of measurement.
