Abstract：
互联网时代的大背景下,互联网金融行业应运而生,为之制定相应的法律风险防控也迫在眉睫.本文归纳了近来P2P行业平台自身及借贷双方所面临的风险,并结合16年出台的新政策,对P2P行业所面临法律风险提出了具体的防范措施.
