Abstract：
本文通过对福建省独立学院经管类2010-2014年毕业生就业单位的调查,分析工作岗位职业能力的需求.以企业实际工作岗位职业能力需求为导向,对比目前课题教学能力培养,找出两者之间的差异并分析原因,进而有针对性地进行课程体系设置,完善课题教学.
