旧村改造是以物质空间改造为手段的,以实现村民生产与生活方式不断改善为目标的建设过程.本文在旧村改造热潮下,以福清市洋梓村为例,阐述了城郊型村庄的概念和特点,分析了城郊型旧村改造的困难与多途径,并提出相应的旧村改造设计.
