Abstract:
随着塑料制品的日益广泛应用,塑料模具钢需用量迅速增加.P20钢属通用型镜面塑料模具钢,具有生产工艺简便,成材率高,价格便宜等特点.本文研究了热处理及深冷处理工艺对铸造P20钢性能的影响,试验结果表明,采用预处理及多级深冷处理相结合的工艺有利于提高铸造P20钢的硬度和冲击韧性,并从微观组织的变化对机理进行了探讨.
