Abstract：
湿地，作为一种重要的土地资源，具有较高的生态效益、经济效益和社会效益。当前我国湿地保护存在着很多的问题，通过立法解决湿地开发、利用保护和管理无疑是重要的。本文对如何加强我国湿地保护的立法提出了几点建议，以期对我国湿地保护有所进益。
