Abstract:
用流动注射电致化学发光法(FI-ECL)研究了硫唑嘌呤(Azathioprine,AZP)在水溶液中的水解作用.研究表明AZP在碱性联吡啶钌(Ru(bpy)32+)溶液中有很强的电致化学发光活性,而它的水解产物6-巯基嘌呤(6-Mercaptopurine,6-MP)没有电致化学发光活性.基于AZP和它水解产物的电致化学发光活性的差异,我们建立了灵敏、快速测定AZP的FI-ECL新方法,并用于观测AZP的水解过程.
