Abstract:
采用柱端喷壁式电致化学发光检测池,探索了微柱离子交换色谱和三(2,2''-联吡啶)钌(Ⅱ)[Ru(bpy)32+]的电致化学发光检测的联用,考察了装置的稳定性、色谱柱出口与工作电极间的距离对柱端喷壁式电致化学发光的影响及其在不同流速和缓压下的最佳值.
