Abstract:
在线加热水解残杀威(PRO)、克百威(CAF)、3-羟基克百威(3-OH)、西维因(CAR)、噁虫威(BEN),结合安培检测,在线分离检测蔬菜中氨基甲酸酯残留.论文研究了在线衍生参数、缓冲体系酸度、浓度、分离电压、进样时间等条件,并应用于大白菜、胡萝卜和青椒实际蔬菜样品中检测,线性范围良好,检测限为28~35 ng/mL.
