Abstract：
金融发展与金融深化对资本积累、技术进步与经济增长无疑具有极其重要的作用，很多的理论研究也证实了这一点。本文通过建立考虑金融发展的拉姆齐模型分析了金融发展与经济增长的动态过程，通过对模型的结论进行分析后，得出了一些有益的结论。
