Abstract：
对超环面行星蜗杆传动内超环面齿轮齿廓的形成原理进行了研究，提出了利用两齿滚刀进行切削加工，采用空间啮合齿廓法线法来设计刀具的廓形，并对影响这种加工方法的误差进行了分析，确定出刀刃的切削角度。完成了基于SolidWorks系统的加工刀具实体三维建模和虚拟装配。
