Abstract:

  Background:as a novel antioxidant for the removal of the intracellular PTD-SOD can be useful in reducing intracellular oxidative stress.in this work, the protection and ability of PTD-SOD on L-02 cells damaged by IJVB irradiation was investigated using MTT assay and DNA fragmentations analysis as well as intracellular antioxidant activity detenmination.
