Abstract：
均匀化退火对电容器外壳用铝板材的产品质量有很大影响。利用OM，SEM，EDAX等观察比较不同均匀化退火工艺下，中间厚度电容器外壳用铝板材微观组织，确定较为合理的均匀化退火制度应为：退火温度630℃，保温4h，空冷。
