Abstract：
针对我国居住区智能化系统的现状及其发展趋势，分析了新一代通信在居住区的应用，阐述了嵌入式智能终端在居住区智能化系统产业化应用技术模式，并指出面向现代服务业的居住区智能化系统应用技术理念。
