Abstract：
针对某厂5号碱性电池壳自动化拉深成形过程中，国产电池钢板极易造成制件拉伤和破裂等质量问题，通过间接试验和直接试验，测定了三种电池钢板的成形性能，并进行对比分析，找出了国产电池钢板不能顺利成形的主要原因在于板料的r值较小且板料性能存在着较严重的不均匀性。
