Abstract:

  本文对基于交错反激拓扑的微功率并网逆变器进行分析与设计,交错反激并网逆变器分为交错反激和极性反转桥两部分,反激变换器将PV板输出的直流电变换为工频正弦双半波电流,再通过极性反转桥变换为正弦电流注入到电网。本文详细分析了基于交错反激逆变器的电流跟踪控制原理,并采用saber软件对该控制方案进行仿真,然后给出了交错反激微功率逆变器的反激变压器设计和软件设计,最后研制了一台200W的微功率逆变器。仿真和实验结果表明基于交错反激拓扑的微功率光伏并网逆变器结构简单,控制方案简单可行。
