Abstract:
近年来,房地产调控越来越紧,尤其进入2011年,调控效果逐渐显现。作为受调控对象,房地产企业在本轮调控中遭遇了前所未有的寒流,很多房企由于资金链紧张不得不出售优质资产或被兼并或申请破产。本文以此轮房地产调控为背景,对我国房地产行业的现金流管理问题进行了归纳和分析,并提出相应对策。
