Abstract:
如何合理的利用资金,较好的对现金流进行管理是房地产企业的核心问题。文章以企业合理的理财目标为导向,结合房地产行业的生命周期,从整体上把握现金流入与流出的动态平衡,提出了CVA模型来衡量企业的真实业绩,以期对房地产企业现金流进行战略型管理。
