Translated Abstract
In this paper,we constructed an university-industry collaboration system dynamic model center around collaborative satisfaction,and carried out a study on the discrimination,the causes of and countermeasures for inflection point of the effectiveness of university-industry collaboration.The research has revealed that,(1) There has been a developing inflection point for decline rate of the the numbers of actual collaboration from ascend to descend in the early running stage of university-industry collaboration system.(2) There are two inflection points for satisfied collaboration in the process of university-industry collaboration system.The first inflection point represents a turnaround of growth rate of satisfied collaboration from ascend to descend,and the second inflection point represents a turnaround of the growth rate from descend to ascend again.(3) With the influencing capability of S&T intermediary and venture capital enhanced,the developing inflection point of actual collaboration and the first inflection point of satisfied collaboration will come earlier.(4) The time for the growth rate of satisfied collaboration from descend to ascend will be shortened with the influencing capability of S&T intermediary,venture capital and cultural fusion increased,and it will antedate the system stable state of incremental growth rate of satisfied collaboration.
